Cover, tiers, dates and venue. Add promoters and a guestlist if you have them. Publish to toutix.com or your own domain.

Every sale lands as a row. Scan at the door, pay out to your bank, and email the fans about the next one.
Questions
The things organisers ask us first.
Do I need my own website?
No. Your events are live on toutix.com the moment you publish. If you want your own site on your own domain, we set it up on the same tickets and the same dashboard, at no extra cost.
When do I get paid?
Your balance builds with every sale and is visible in Finance at all times. Withdraw it to your bank whenever you like, including before the event happens. Multi-date events settle per date.
Can my promoters sell for me?
Yes. Each promoter gets their own link and, if you want, their own login that only shows their events. Sales are attributed to them for 30 days and the split is calculated for you.
Who owns the fan data?
You do. You are the data controller and we process on your behalf. Consent is captured at checkout, unsubscribes are honoured automatically, and we never market to your fans ourselves.
What happens when a show sells out?
Fans can list tickets for resale inside Toutix at or below the cap you set. Each transfer issues a fresh barcode, is recorded on the ticket, and pays a royalty back to you.
Do I need training to use the dashboard?
No. Search or ask in plain English from anywhere in the portal, such as “refund Ama’s last order” or “who sold the most this week”, and it takes you straight there. Set-up help is included before you go on sale, and a person is on the line on show night.
Can I move an event that is already on sale elsewhere?
Yes. Import your existing attendee list so they scan at the door alongside Toutix tickets, and keep selling the remaining allocation with us.
