Written by Toutix, which sells Fan Passport, Toutix CRM and Ticketing. What we say about KORE comes from its public website, checked on 20 October 2026. If anything here is wrong, email support@toutix.com and we will correct it.
How does each describe itself?
KORE × Two Circles. The KORE website (koresoftware.com now redirects to kore.twocircles.com) calls KORE × Two Circles "The Operating System for the Business of Sport" and describes "one platform where sponsorship, fan data, and partnership value live together".
Toutix. Three products for sports clubs, sold separately or together on one annual contract per club. Built for clubs that want to know their fans and partners better but don't have a data team to stitch systems together. Toutix Inc. was founded in 2024 and has offices in New York and London.
What does Toutix include?
- Fan Passport: fan profiles, tiers, perks and quests inside the ticketing fans already use. One tap to join. The club owns every profile, even after the contract ends.
- Toutix CRM: a CRM for sponsors, partners, suppliers and hospitality clients. Its AI assistant summarises email, calls and meetings and drafts follow-ups. A sponsor report is in preview.
- Ticketing: white-label ticketing under the club's own brand and domain, with food and merch in one checkout, and club-authorised resale for UK clubs.
Fan Passport and Toutix CRM are separate products: fan data stays in Fan Passport, and Toutix CRM never treats fans as sales leads.
When might KORE suit you better?
- You have an in-house data or insights team and want one platform to build your own analysis on.
- You want sponsorship and fan data in one platform, which is how KORE describes itself.
- You already work with Two Circles and want software from the same group.
- You need published customer references before you buy. Toutix was founded in 2024 and has no published customer stories yet.
When might Toutix suit you better?
- You don't have a data team and want tools your commercial staff can run day to day.
- You want fan profiles inside the ticketing fans already use, with one-tap join, and the club owning every profile.
- You want a sponsor and hospitality CRM that writes up conversations and drafts follow-ups, kept separate from fan data.
- You want white-label ticketing under your own brand, or the option to keep your current ticketing partner.
- You are a UK club and want club-authorised resale, with a price cap and a share of each resale for the club.
- You want to start with one product and add others later, on one annual contract.
What should you ask both suppliers?
- Who owns the fan data, and what happens to it when the contract ends?
- Which of our current systems do you connect to today?
- Do we need analysts on staff to get value from it?
- How does your AI use our data, and is it used to train models?
